There is a rumor of a USAREUR DV Day, in Israel, on 11 March 2020.  Please
be aware:  General Wolters has forbidden any GO/FO travel to Israel from
1-13 March 2020.  This is to allow for the JTF-I, US Embassy, and your staff
to focus entirely on JC20 as opposed to DV visits.  Gen Wolters is still
planning to visit on or about 05 March 2020.

I would recommend you move the USAREUR DV Day to 15 or 16 March 2020.
