As of now, we have not finalized Mr Cole's itinerary.

Once we finalize the date of the meeting with BG Bengo and BG (retired) Cole, we will begin to plan.

Can you please let me know if Monday, 17th of February is available?

Also, would it be appropriate if Mr Cole was accompanied by two of his senior staff from VT MAK?
