My name is MAJ Ido Soceanu and I am the Head of the International Fellowship and Cooperation Desk at the Israel National Defense College and IDF colleges.

 

The National Defense College serves as the top training program for senior officials in the State of Israel. The course participants are comprised of high ranking officials from the public and defense sector of Israel, including senior military officials from the IDF as well as international officers (from the United States, Germany, India etc.) The course, which is one year long, focuses on national defense and strategic studies.

 

As part of the course, the INDC participants will be traveling to India this year in order to learn more about the Indian institutions and organizations that deal with aspects of national defense.

 

We were hoping to have the opportunity to host you at the INDC and to have you speak to the INDC participants as the highest representative of India on the subject of "Israel from an international-diplomatic perspective." 

 

If possible, we would like to have you come on December 5th between 14:30-16:00 for a panel discussion of ambassadors at the INDC.
