Hey Scott,

Check out will be at Dec16th.

The reservation number has stayed the same despite the change of CPT Shaham not joining?

Dose the air crew gets different rooms? Two rooms are enough for 7 people? Is the billing for their rooms is different?

About the reservation securing, do you need a credit card details of one of our participants or is it secured by one of you now?

If you need credit card details for one of us let me know and ill pass it, I'll just be happy to revise the updated booking reservation.

About the TAC for the air crew- got it, no problem.

I told Gator yesterday that once we have the names we will pass them to you. Expect by today/tomorrow morning.

Thank you!

Good afternoon Sivan

Copy the changed list – thank you.

I am still researching on how to accommodate Kosher food restrictions. Will vegetarian meals suffice or must the food and food preparation be deemed Kosher?

On the MoH restrictions – the formal setting for the TTX will likely be a group of approximately 20, which we have deemed the capacity of the room with 2m spacing. Does this suffice?

To your questions:

A.     Working already – will have to you today

B.     We are working for you to have access to all base facilities including shopping at the BX and Commissary

C.      Good question – right now I am assuming Battle Dress / Fatigues, but this is already on my list for Lt Gen Basham

Additionally – all persons are booked in individual rooms – no one is scheduled to share a room.

Dear Gator

Here are the answers for all the issues that we have discussed:

1. Attached the updated list of the participants, with an intelligence clearance.

2. The food restrictions are:

     - LTC Nimrod Gross- Kosher food

     -LTC Tal Kaduri-Kosher food

      -LTC Arie Koperberg- Kosher food

      -MAJ Benzi Zimmerman- Kosher food

All others have no food restrictions.

3. Our MoH restrictions are similar to yours, up to 10 people gathering in one place, with masks and distances keeping.

4. The hours of the lending and take off are yet to be determined, but we assume that the will be around Dec 15th 11:00 am (your time), and we will be taking off around 19:30 pm at Dec 16th (your time).

In addition, we have some questions/requests from you:

A. In order to get weavers from quarantine in Germany, we will need a formal invitation for all the delegation participants (and not only for the GO as you have sent us).one form for all would be perfectly fine.

B. We have been told that there is some card called TAC card, that we will need to be given by you in order to buy food, so we just wanted to make sure that its arranged. Let us know if you need anything else from us on that matter.

C. We were wondering what is the dress code for the participants on your side, so we could adjust.

I saw Kaduri opened a WhatsApp group yesterday, all of us (Nimrod, Shaked and myself) are in it, and we are available to answer any questions there is.

Best regards,

Hello CPT Sivan

I would like to clarify – at this time, German COVID rules limit public and private gatherings to 10 people from 2 households. This would prohibit us from hosting any type of social event or dinner.

We are looking into the feasibility of doing a “working lunch” on 16 Dec 20, and perhaps a toast and/or Hanukkah candle lighting on 16 Dec after the conference.

NOTE: nothing is set at the moment – we have to continue to work to see what restrictions will allow us to do.

What you can get to me as discussed this afternoon:

·        Any dietary restrictions from the traveling party

·        Restrictions on the Israeli party from the Israeli MoH

·        Updated attendee list (understand it is the same, but that Gen Kohav will not attend)

·        Flight itinerary

·        List of AO phone numbers (yours plus those traveling) – we can make a WhatsApp group

My WhatsApp / mobile is +49 176 215 99266.

Kind regards,
