Hello CPT Sivan
I would like to clarify – at this time, German COVID rules limit public and private gatherings to 10 people from 2 households. This would prohibit us from hosting any type of social event or dinner.
We are looking into the feasibility of doing a “working lunch” on 16 Dec 20, and perhaps a toast and/or Hanukkah candle lighting on 16 Dec after the conference.
NOTE: nothing is set at the moment – we have to continue to work to see what restrictions will allow us to do.
What you can get to me as discussed this afternoon:
· Any dietary restrictions from the traveling party
· Restrictions on the Israeli party from the Israeli MoH
· Updated attendee list (understand it is the same, but that Gen Kohav will not attend)
· Flight itinerary
· List of AO phone numbers (yours plus those traveling) – we can make a WhatsApp group
My WhatsApp / mobile is +49 176 215 99266.
Kind regards,
Gator

LTC Nimrod, Sivan, Benzi,
In order to get access to the USAFE Warfare Center (WPC) and Ramstein AB, I’ll need the following info for all individuals who will be attending the JC 21 TTX:
a) Full Name
b) Date and Place of Birth
c) Passport/ Identification Number
d) Dates of Visit
e) Type/ Level of Clearance
f) Date the Clearance was Received and Expires
g) Name, Contact Information, Signature and Official Stamp of Security Manager.
We have made a place holder reservations for you in the Ramstein Inn. But below are the option for the lodging: $184 (Suite) $149 (Private bath) $129 (Shared Bath on Vogelweh). Just let us know how you want the reservations and the dates.
For transportation I recommend contacting Enterprise Rental Car, Sixt, or Hertz who have offices in Ramstein Village and Landstuhl. We’ll have to shuttle the drivers to pick up the cars.
Thanks!
Alex
