How is Mon, 4 Jan work?
Reference coming to your side, one of our key team members does not have a blue passport. We have been told that is a requirement, or at the very least, it makes travel back and forth much easier. Can you confirm or clarify? Is your office able to generate some type of memo authorizing travel with a official government passport, OR, military ID / orders? We are all very interested in coming for an office visit in your area, but we have to confirm the requirements.
Regardless of the options to come to you, we are completely prepared to host you and our partners here at JTC. Let me know what you would prefer.

Just got off the phone with my POC at the local embassy. He referred me to the External Coordination Branch chief. Do you have the POC to request a visit to our office?
It sounds like that coordination is the most significant requirement. Once that is done, we can lock in a date for an in person visit at our site. OR, we could shoot over to your site, pending approval from our leadership.
