Hello Haim and Ori,

Hope you are having a good weekend. I am enclosing the research proposal form. You may like to have a look if you are working tomorrow, and I will meet you on Monday for any feedback. Monday will be my last working day before the new year, so would like to freeze the proposal on that day.

Haim, I have amended the background and the outline to reflect the aspect that India's foreign policy stand states that we do not support proliferation in the Middle East (or any other region for that matter).
