I want to send you this quick email regarding our DCHOD visit to the US just before we all leave for the holidays so if everything is going according to plan we wont be surprised:
COA 1 (regular) :
Monday January 11th –

0930 land in DC
·
Meetings at the hotel
·
Drive to the Marine Museum (in perspectiveof opening and IDF museum in Israel )
·
Dinner with Admiral Grady – Vice chairman of the joint chiefs of staff - Ms.Demarco , as we discussed, awaitng your reply.
Tuesday January 12th –

12:30-14:00 – Force Developmentpanel – after discussing with CAPT Donovan he suggested the following participants from the joint staff:

Rear Admiral Jeromy B. Williams (DJ3)
o
Vice Admiral Stuart B Munsch (J7)
o
Rear Admiral Ronald A. Joy (DD for Global Operations J3)
LTC Figurski – kindly will need your assistance together with the chairman's office coordinating this.

An office call with the Chairman
SFC Vega – we discussed it with CAPT Donovan
·
Formal dinner with the ICE Participants – Coordinated .
·
4 eyes after dinner with Vice Admiral Malloy – I will set a place
SCPO Lewis – your assistance coordinating this with the DCOM is kindly required
Wednesday January 13th
·
0830-16:30 – ICE seminar
·
Travel to Norfolk VA ( DCHOD only)
Thursday January 14th (force development and buildup)
·
Visit at the TRADOC – LSV focused
·
Visit at US Fleet Forces Command
·
Fly to Israel
Israeli Defense Attache's office will coordinate
COA 2:
·
Only if COVID protocols will be difficult the DCHOD and 2-3 more GOs will come only Tuesday- Wednesday for the ICE seminar and conclude the meeting above.
