Please the message from the XO of LTG McKean from FCC.. I know he mentioned he did not to spend time in the Kirya meeting the staff, I recommend that you and BG Gez could travel with him to the Shiloh Div and have a discussion on the way.

Good Morning Sir,

 

If possible, may I touch base with you today concerning LTG McKean’s visit in JAN 22?  Additionally, we have a view new guidance the director gave to his XO.

 

1.       For this visit, LTG McKean prefers to avoid staff visits and wishes to focus his time with the Shiloh division and its leadership to discuss the following:

a.       Emerging principles for future concepts

b.       Potential research partnerships

c.       Data sharing & experimentation exchanges    

d.       First contact principles

e.       Airspace control

f.        UAS employment

2.       LTG McKean also asked the staff to coordinate a visit the US Ambassador and the Regional Security Officer.  I believe this to be a courtesy call.

3.       We were asked to confirm that the new COVID quarantine times are now 72 hours instead of the 24 hours due to COVID spikes. 

 

Again, we truly appreciate the help you and LTC Belknap have provided concerning this visit.
