All,

Several weeks ago LTG Howard (EUCOM DCOM) sent a letter to MG Halevi
regarding JC22 and COVID-19 mitigations.  As of today, LTG Howard has never
received a response to this letter.

We need an official response ASAP (today if possible) that outlines whether
or not the IDF will agree to the mitigations and if not, what is the
alternate proposal.
