Matan,

 

We are looking to get my Naval and Air Attaché’s replacement to attend the 6-8 week package of the 2021 Mabal (Internationals) Summer course.   You’ll recall that Juergen Haffner did something similar before taking up post as the German DA.  Unfortunately timings prevent our individual from attending the full course this time, but it is an aspiration for the future.

 

On that note, could you give us an idea as to whether this is possible, the process and any costs involved?
