במידה ואתם מעוניינים להמשיך בהזמנה, אבקשכם למלא את הטופס המצורף לטובת שריון החדרים.

במידה ולא, אשמח אם תעדכנו אותי כדי שאוכל לעדכן את המלון.

Dear Liran,

 

Following our conversation, please find attached revised sum up:

 

Group name:              EMBASSY OF ISRAEL

Dates:                        10-12/11/2019 (2 nights)

Number of rooms:     11

 

Double single use:     145 EUR

Superior city view:     170EUR

 

We do confirm extend of the stay of Mr. Matan Or’s reservation for two nights: 08-12/10/19. The first two nights will be paid by the guest at the same rate(145 EUR per night)

We also confirm 3 extra nights for Mr. Amichai: 07-12/11/19.  The first three nights in a single room will be paid by the guest at the rate of 145 EUR per night and the rest in Superior double by the Embassy as per contract.

 

Since the above mentioned guests will cover a part of their reservation, we would kindly like to ask you to fill in the authorization forms (1 for each guest) in order to consider the reservation valid. Please note that prior to arrival, we will proceed only by blocking the amount (not charging) from the credit card given.

 

Accommodation taxes will be paid by the Embassy.

 

We confirm invoicing to: The Embassy of Israel of Athens - Israeli Defense Attaché section.

 

Please find attached the relative proforma invoice, with the remaining amount needed to be settled.

We kindly confirm the below:

 

1.       The beds in the Double Superior Rooms will be twin bedded.

2.       The bed for the VIP room will be king size (one mattress).

On Behalf of Mr. Shahar, I'd like to thank you for yesterday's tour.

Please find below some notes he summed up regarding the staying of the delegation:

1.       The beds in the Double room must be twins (separated).

2.       The bed for the VIP room needs to be king size (one mattress).

3.       Waiting for the proposal for the use of the conference room.
