Greetings.  I understand you are currently attending the College of Information and Cyberspace (CIC) at NDU.  I happen to teach the Cyber Domain/Advanced Computing Industry Study at the Eisenhower School.  BG Shlomo Binder (then Col Binder) was a student in my class last year.

I was referred to you by LTC Matan Or (cc'd) of the Israel National Defense College (INDC) -- he mentioned to me I might want to meet with you briefly before I travel to Israel this Friday.  I may meet with one of your colleagues next week during a preparatory visit to Israel -- one designed to facilitate a 10-person student visit in April 2020.

Would you have a little time to meet today or tomorrow? It might make for a more productive visit next week.  I am flexible.  I will also be here Thursday, but probably doing last-minute things prior to traveling.
