I am James Lembo a military exchange student from the U.S. Navy. I attended MABAL and the University of Haifa from July 2016 to July 2017. I received my MA in Political Science on July 16th, 2017. My Passport number is 821511319. In order to have my academic credentials entered into my military record, my transcripts need to be received directly from the university. Transcripts/Certifications
Overview. Transcripts and certifications must be sent by the institution as "official" in a sealed envelope or via the school's electronic transcript delivery service. PERS-451 will enter the transcript/certification into your ODC/OSR and then forward to PERS-313 for inclusion into your Official Military Personnel File (OMPF). Master-level degrees from accredited institutions will be awarded a X000P-coded subspecialty by our office.
Electronic delivery. The awarding institution will need to send the transcript/certification to mill_pers450.fct@navy.mil. The address is linked to a group inbox in which documents are downloaded daily. Some institutions may notify you via email when we have downloaded the document.
** Transcripts sent electronically through National Student Clearinghouse must select “Education Organization, Application Service and Scholarships” and “Department of the Navy”
in the drop-down menus of the recipient details section.
Selecting other options may result in failure to deliver transcripts electronically. **
Standard mail delivery. If you already have your transcript/certification in a sealed envelope you may forward it to the address below in its sealed status. Otherwise, the institution will need to send the transcript/certification to:
