Because you have specifically asked, I wanted to let you know that the decision has been made to cancel all international allocations on the National Security Program (NSP) and the Joint Command and Staff Program (JCSP) scheduled to start in August 2020. International seats on the Army Operations Course(AOC) scheduled to start in June 2020 have been cancelled as well.  In order to ensure none of our partner countries lose AOC, JCSP and/or NSP opportunities, the allocation plan for the next three years will be shifted to the right (summer 2021).

 

A formal letter will be distributed to Foreign Service Attachés in the coming days.
