Dear Merav, good morning.

I would like to inform you that we have received approval for Divide’s return to MABAL.

The Defense Staff said that he can came back to Israel starting May 1.

We are trying to book a flight for that date (not easy) and we need to know what the Israeli immigration procedure is for him.

We know that he should be quarantined for 2 weeks, probably hosted by the IDF in some hotels (perhaps the Dan Jerusalem?).

Can you give us more information about it?

Absolutely, we will prepare an official letter for you confirming the resumption of physical learning.

Once you get an approval and have a return date, we will make the arrangements for the quarantine as will be required at that time.

Dear Merav,

 

as I anticipated to you by telephone, I am exploring the options for my return to Israel to complete the Mabal course requirements.

 

I am working on an authorization to move from Italy, because right now all "non operational" TDY are suspended. I am hoping that, given my next duties, it will be easier to get cleared.

 

If you could please confirm that Mabal plans to resume classes at the College by the end of April/early May, this might be very useful to me, and with Guido's help who reads in cc, we'll find a way for me to come back.

 

I understand that I will likely be subjected to quarantine once arrive and I will be grateful if you could help me coordinate that with the IDF when we'll have a confirmed date.

 

In the meanwhile I will take part in as many virtual classes as I can and I am available for any assignment I can complete from a distance.

 

I am really looking forward to come back!
