Further to our conversation, I would suggest sending to this conference Mrs. Ofra Graicer (PHD). Ofra is an Instructor at our course for Brigadier Generals. Ofra has extensive experience in training senior security personnel for strategic thinking. Over the past decade, the IDF has developed a unique method of strategic thinking, and Ofra plays an important part in this development. Please send me the exact dates so we can ensure her participation.

Continuing our conversation about possible collaboration in the field of Military Colleges with Croatia. It is useful to check with the partners exactly what their needs are and what the focus of what they are looking for.

I can offer cooperation in several layers:

In the tactical level, it is possible to share the training structure at the Tactical Command College (Army) and the General Command & Staff College (Joint). We can also share information on issues of military history, military thought and military ethics.

On the strategic level, it is possible to share the training structure and the curriculum of the National Defense College. We can also share methods of strategic thinking, and we can offer a joint practice of strategic scenarios. 

Of course, if necessary, it is possible to send someone relevant to discuss these issues, or other issues.

Suggest that you do a preliminary check with the partners and see how to proceed from here.
