Please take a look (thereby making sure link works) and if ok, please send with the earliest due date back to me you think is appropriate.  Also, I would appreciate if you could send me a diagram of the seating arrangement.  I am trying to structure exercises and discussions and am not quite sure what is possible.

Note in the questionnaire that I made email and “real case” example optional.  Was trying to be sensitive to participants. Would be useful, but not necessary.
