We will have 12 participants in the workshop. They got the questionnaire.
Please let me know if you don't get 12 responses by Sunday so I can remind them.
Ken,
Thanks for your prompt response.
It looks like we will have around 10 participants. I hope we will have the final number by the end of the day today. Then I will send them the questionnaire and ask that they complete
it by Sunday. I was able to open the link, but only see the first page of it as I didn't fill it out.
I attach two photos of the meeting room. There is enough space around to break into groups.
Regarding the issues you raised, the ones who chose this workshop have a good English reading capability. So this should not affect your case selection (although it is advisable
for it to be fairly short - a few pages). I really prefer not to tell them that they need to do the reading outside of the allocated time, although I'm sure some (if not all) will read the cases in advance. We have allocated them an hour and a half every day
(13:00-14:30) just to read and practice according to your guidance. It was simply important for one particular participant to know in advance that he can do the practice in Hebrew (although the case is in English, and he may volunteer to present it in English).
Best,
Merav

Yes.
And raises for me two issues:
1. Does this impact case selection in terms of participant English reading capability? Might address this by saying to potential participants that they might need to spend some time reading cases outside of allocated class time;
2. Might result in some people negotiating with same people on different cases. Not a big issue.
Does this help?

Thanks Ken.
Just a quick question. Can the participants negotiate between them in Hebrew during the practice times?
Best,
Merav
Merav—
Below please link to the questionnaire. Participants may need to copy link in their browser. Please take a look (thereby making sure link works) and if ok, please send with the earliest due date back to me you think is appropriate. Also, I would
appreciate if you could send me a diagram of the seating arrangement. I am trying to structure exercises and discussions and am not quite sure what is possible.
Note in the questionnaire that I made email and “real case” example optional. Was trying to be sensitive to participants. Would be useful, but not necessary.
Looking forward to hearing about class size and participants.
Best, Ken
