That is very unfortunate news, but obviously, I understand the circumstance. We do not need a long time in order to  get ready for a student from Canada, So if anything changes we will gladly accept one even at the last minute.

I have just been advised that Canada will not be sending a student on the INDC this year (2020/21). Please let me know that you received this email.

First, sorry for the late respond, these are challenging times for us.

As for your question: We will defiantly open our next year's program as scheduled on September 2. The question that is unanswered yet is when we will start the preparation curse for the international students. The original plan was to start that at the beginning of July, but due to the circumstances, it is hard to tell at this point. My recommendation for you is to prepare to for the last week of July. I hope we will have an official answer ASAP.

I’m writing today to ask if there are any changes to the plans for the Israeli National Defence College to accept a Canadian student for the 2020/2021 school year. We are currently still screening Col Dahl to attend this cycle, but we want to know if the school still intends to accept him in light of difficulties surrounding COVID-19.
