This is a very strong proposal.

Obviously, pragmatic policy makers will focus on the first question, while strategic planners will opt for the following questions.

I would like to recommend Kemp's book titled "the east moves west". It is closely connected with global geopolitics and the growing demand of far-eastern states for middle east oil.
