The Embassy only needs to add an amendment to the existing FVR. It is a simple process, but at NDU (or any installation, to my understanding), we are not able to make changes or adjustments-- the Embassy should be familiar with the process.

There is no problem, as long as they are added to the Foreogn Visit Request submitted by the Embassy. We do not need passports ahead of time at NDU, although it is recommended for all delegation members to carry their passport and other ID on the day of the visit.

Regarding our visit request and the program we asked for , their have been a few request to adjust the time line and a little adjustment to the program,
We are asking to make it on the same date 11/01/19 but to start our program at 06:00 with a physical training program with one of your senior physical instructors,
The training will take about an hour, from 07:00 we would want to freshen up ( showers ) and at 07:30 have a light breakfast,
At 08:00 start the briefing's and at 12:00 finish,
there has been a request for a briefing from one of your commanders by the name of general shanon, hope it will be possible ?!
