Failure to cancel guaranteed reservation(s) prior to midnight may result in a no-show fee equivalent to one night's stay being charged to your credit card. A cancellation number will be issued upon cancellation of reservation(s). The safest method to provide

Non guaranteed reservations are held until 1800 (6pm). Failure to check-in prior to 1800 (6pm) will result in your reservation(s) being cancelled.
Check-in begins at 1400 (2pm). Check-out is no later than 1100 (11am).
Pets are only allowed in TLF pet friendly rooms. Guests are required to present shot record(s) upon check-in. Air Force Inns only allow dog(s) and/or cat(s). Guests are restricted to two pets per family. In conjunction with regular room rates an additional fee
of $10.00 per night will be assessed.
Space Available reservations may be made up to 120 days in advance depending on availability and for no more than 3 days at a time. Should your plans change, additional days are dependent upon availability at the end of your 3rd day.
