Dear Sivan,

Thank you for the nomination of Captain Hadas Daniel to attend the Legal Dimensions of Contemporary and Future Use of Force Course, 28-30 October 2019, and a visit to HQ ICRC, 31 October 2019, in Geneva sponsored by the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC).

As discussed, the ICRC sponsorship includes:

- International and domestic travel.

- Registration fees.

- Accommodation at the Mon Repos Hotel 27-31 October 2019 at a cost of CHF183 per night.

- Breakfast will be provided 28-31 October 2019, lunches 28-30 October and dinner 28 October 2019.

The flight details, the hotel voucher for her stay in Geneva and the overview of the course are attached. Dress for the conference is business attire (no uniforms).

This course and the visit to HQ ICRC presents an excellent opportunity for an IDF member to discuss contemporary legal dimensions in use of force scenarios.

Please note accommodation 31 October-2 November 2019 will not be paid for by the ICRC. If Captain Daniel wishes me to book this accommodation I am happy to do so at the same hotel Mon Repos or she can book herself either at the same hotel or a separate hotel. IF she wants me to book she will need to advise me today. The cost of any accommodation 31 Octber-2 November are Captain Daniels responsibility.
