While I have a conflicting engagement and cannot travel to Israel to participate in your conference, I would be happy to join you virtually if that's a possibility. If not, I can suggest that two of my former colleagues and successors to me as ambassador to Yemen have recently retired from the foreign service and might be willing to attend. Matt Tueller, my immediate successor, has just retired and returned to his home in Utah. I don't have contact information at the moment but could get it if you want.
