how are you? I got your contact information from Mr. Gadi Ezra from my IO department. 

 

My name is CPT (P) Ben Zimmerman, and I head the international cooperation desk at the J3. 

We've done some re-structuring and the IO department is now part of the J3, as oppose to J5. 

Our new boss, Colonel Frankel is very interested in "lighting up" the cooperation between our organizations - first, in a "learning" portion (as we are still figuring out the concept of a "JOINT" IO department) and secondly to advance and promote operational cooperation (we can talk more on that over seagull or in person). 

 

I know a delegation, lead by Col Steinberger came over a year ago, and I would love to take Col Frankel to Tampa in the near future (FY18).
