I could use a little clarification
- re-organization process: We have manpower/billet information/templates for US organizations.  Not sure they'd be of use to you.   Help with training/education might be more applicable?
- operational cooperation:  Unless I totally mis-understand this I would think you need to be connected with our European Command folks.  Do you have an established connection to them?  At a more strategic level our Joint Staff maintains a Multi-National Division with representatives from a bunch of countries.

Help me if I missed your point.

from what you wrote, it surely seems like a substantial portion of your focus could be integrated within our IO Department's re-organization process. Particularly, the use of force in the shape of assigned personnel could be something of specific interest. we are also looking to learn about the IO structure and what are the right players we should be talking to for "operational cooperation".

                I am just picking this up and can't tell if you ever got a response.

                I don't think we have access to Seagull VTC capabilities, but am having commo folks check to see if there's an interface.  Is it a classified network?  For the time-being we'll have to use email and phone.

                Please excuse me if I seem too basic.  What we do has changed a lot over the years.  Currently, the majority of our organization is in direct support to our Joint Staff.  We have some folks permanently assigned to the regional Combatant Commands (~one each).  The balance of us (less than 20) work support to IO and our future operations in the information environment.  That support includes doctrine development/testing, organizational refinements, training, materiel, leadership and education, personnel, facilities, and policy (sometimes referred to as DOTMLPF-P).

                Have you interfaced with the folks in Suffolk Virginia (Joint Staff J7 Multi-National Division) at all?
