I am writing in order to check the availability and willingness of Dr. Soner Cagaptay to give a talk to the Israel National Defense College (INDC) via zoom on Erdogan's political vision and strategy.

The INDC is Israel's highest institution for training senior staff in the IDF, the security establishment, as well as senior officials in government ministries and agencies, for senior positions.

The talk is planned as part of a learning day on Turkey, which will take place on February 8^th 2021.

If relevant, we would be happy to provide additional information on the College and its academic program.

Due to the time difference, the talk is planned to take place at 8:30am DC time, and last for an hour (45 minutes lecture and 15 minutes for Q&A).
