I regret to inform you that due to unforeseen circumstances, I can no longer professionally meet the requirements of my position, requiring my immediate resignation. 

 

That being said, while an apology may not suffice given such short notice, I do emphatically believe that this would be best for all parties involved, disappointing as it might be.

Regarding the additional points you raise, allow me to clarify the following:

·         After further clarification from Ilana, It will not be necessary to prepare a model class for level 1, nor to be especially available to her for routine advice.

·         As I wrote in my previous message,  we would like you to prepare a recommended "model" lesson for both levels 2 and 3. I did not differentiate between them as I believe it should be a fairly similar model class in terms of structure, with some modifications in terms of content. I do believe that the hours allocated for that, given that this is not required for level 1, should suffice. I include in that any routine advice that those 2 instructors may need.

·         Regarding the potential work with the Mabal instructors, I believe this should be included in the preparation time for your classes. Right now we are talking about 3 instructors (Merav included). The other two have not given a final answer, as they would like to see how the first one goes. What is required is from them is to suggest a topic and a relevant piece to read before the class, and for you to tell them how they will be integrated in part/all the time allocated for that class.

 

As a general comment I would note that given various budgetary constraints, and the fact we need to pay to 4 instructors, we are really not in a position to allocate more than 80 hours for your important part in this project. We will have to find the right balance to get the most out of this limited amount we have. I hope for your understanding and good cooperation in this regard.
