Thank you for agreeing to take part in a panel on nuclear proliferation in the Middle East. The panel will be sponsored by the "Israel Institute" and co-hosted by the Department of Jewish, Islamic, and Middle Eastern Studies and by the Environmental Studies Program at Washington University in St Louis.

I would like to confirm with you the date and time of the panel: October 29 at 10am (US Central Time) - which means 11am for East Coast (Ariane) and 6pm for Israel (Merav and Or).

The format I was thinking of is that each panelist will have 15 minutes to present, and then we will move to Q&A (I will moderate these questions). The whole event is 75 minutes (Ariane will have to leave after 60 minutes).

Before we proceed - could you please send me a good quality photo and a short bio (two lines) for the flyer. I will send you the flyer for final confirmation before I disseminate it. 

I apologize for the rush but because the event is in two weeks I would appreciate it if you could send me this as soon as you can.
