Subject: Re: Date set for panel - November 17
Dear Ariane, Ori and Merav,
Thank you for sending me the photos. I'm attaching a preliminary flyer for the event (in JPEG, PDF and in DOC format). Please let me know if you have any comments or requests to change anything (title of the talk, photo, bio line, etc.). If all is okay, I will start disseminating the flyer.
Here's the link for the talk: https://wustl.zoom.us/j/94037739826
You should also be receiving a separate Google Calendar invitation for the event.
Best regards,
Elai

Dear Ariane, Ori and Merav,
It looks like November 17 is good for everyone, so I'm going to set this as our official date for the panel. It will take place via Zoom at 10am (US Central Time) which translates to 11am in New York (for Ariane) and 6pm in Jerusalem (for Ori and Merav). So please reserve that time.
The event will go on for 75 minutes - so I think that if each panelist gives a 15 minute talk this will leave us plenty of time for Q&A and discussion. Most of the audience will be students and faculty from the Environmental Studies Program, Political Science, and Middle East Department (JIMES) at WashU.
The next step is for me to make a poster for the event. Once I get everyone's photo and bio I will send it to you for approval before disseminating.
Until then, I wish you a good weekend and see you soon.
Elai
